Effective Date: January 28, 2015
If you recently updated Quick Key (this may have been done automatically by your device, depending on your settings) and it is now crashing, there is an easy fix:
- Delete Quick Key Mobile from your device (no data will be lost)
- Re-install Quick Key Mobile from the App Store
- Allow the app to Sync
- All your data will be back on the mobile app, and no more crashes!!
This bug has now been found, and the next release will not cause crashes.
